You will want to do is note how long you've had it. We cover you for up to seven years. Once that is good, you must post the damaged product to us, as we use it for product research. We will send you a replacement.
Ideally, the recipe would be proof positive, but we trust our customers, so with your statement, noting where you purchased it and the approximate date, we would be happy to honor the warranty.
